Why Kryptheon
Traditional debugging often starts with a large volume of logs, alerts, and similar-looking incidents. Kryptheon is being designed around a narrower research question: which observed runtime conditions preserve a failure, which remove it, and what controlled evidence can developers use to investigate related states?
What We Are Building
Kryptheon is an evolving software reliability and causal failure-discovery platform. Its foundation models runtime schemas, legal domains, diagnostic traces, normalized failures, and deterministic replay evidence without relying on hidden production labels.

Observe
Start from a real, reproducible failure and preserve the evidence that was actually available.
Intervene
Change one legally supported runtime condition at a time while holding known state fixed.
Verify
Separate preserved, removed, changed, invalid, and inconclusive outcomes before making broader claims.
Our Principles
We value deterministic evidence, explicit data isolation, conservative claims, application-neutral contracts, and developer review. A replay result is evidence—not an automatic declaration of root cause. Diagnostic outputs should be reviewed and changes should be tested before deployment.
Where We Are Today
Kryptheon is under active development. Current work focuses on the local benchmark environment, structured failure evidence, generic runtime contracts, and controlled single-field counterfactual replay. The product does not guarantee detection of every failure or a complete diagnosis.
