About a payment or a refund
Write from the email address on your account and include the date and amount of the charge and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. How refunds work is in the refund and cancellation policy.
About a finding
If Kryptheon reported something that is not a problem, or missed one, tell us which check it was and what it said. Please never send a database password, a service_role key or any other secret - we never need one.
