Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Kryptheon and its evolving software reliability services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kryptheon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
Kryptheon is a software reliability and causal failure-discovery platform designed to analyze software failures, controlled runtime states, traces, and counterfactual replay evidence to help developers investigate related failure conditions. Features may evolve over time.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting the access methods associated with it. Notify us if you believe your account is being used without authorization.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the systems, data, configurations, and instructions you provide; for obtaining necessary permissions; for evaluating outputs; and for testing any resulting changes before production deployment. You must use Kryptheon in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
5. Authorized Use of Connected Services
If you connect a third-party service, you authorize Kryptheon to interact with it only as needed for the feature you enable and within the permissions granted through the applicable authorization flow. You remain responsible for complying with the third party's terms and for disconnecting access you no longer want.
6. Software Diagnostic Data
You may submit runtime state, errors, traces, logs, configuration metadata, and replay or testing inputs. Submit only information you are authorized to process and avoid unnecessary credentials, secrets, authentication tokens, personal data, or unrelated sensitive information.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use Kryptheon to gain unauthorized access; interfere with or abuse infrastructure; distribute malicious code; bypass security or usage controls; violate law or third-party rights; probe the service without authorization; or submit information you lack permission to process.
8. Intellectual Property
Kryptheon and its associated software, branding, interfaces, and service materials are owned by Kryptheon or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service as provided.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of software, logs, code, diagnostic data, and other content you submit. You grant Kryptheon only the limited rights reasonably necessary to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content.
10. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you permit Kryptheon to use them without restriction or obligation to you, provided this does not transfer ownership of your user content or confidential diagnostic information.
11. Third-Party Services
Kryptheon may depend on or link to third-party services. Their terms, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Kryptheon is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
12. Experimental and Beta Features
Some features may be experimental, preview, or beta functionality. They may change, be incomplete, or behave unexpectedly and should be evaluated accordingly.
13. Service Availability
We aim to operate Kryptheon reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued for operational, security, legal, or product reasons.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Kryptheon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. Kryptheon does not guarantee detection of every software failure or that a proposed diagnosis identifies the complete root cause.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kryptheon and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any applicable liability will be limited to the extent allowed by law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Kryptheon from claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
17. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, legal requirements, nonpayment where applicable, or material harm to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time.
18. Changes to the Service
Kryptheon is evolving. We may add, change, or remove features and may establish reasonable usage limits. Where practical, significant changes will be communicated through appropriate service channels.
19. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
20. Governing Terms and Legal Contact
Applicable governing-law and dispute rules may depend on the contracting entity, user location, and any separate written agreement. Where no separate written agreement applies, contact us before relying on an assumed jurisdiction or forum.
